Judge Andy Fuller rejected a bond request from Angel Mario DeLeon, 19. DeLeon is charged in connection with a June 17 drive-by shooting at a house in the East Hall area.
Also charged in the case are Amado Junior Madrigal, 17, and Charles Douglas Graham, 15. They are charged with firing into a crowd of people outside a house on Smallwood Road, killing two people. The victims were attending a birthday party.
