Harold E. Williams

Harold E. Williams, age 90, of Jefferson, GA passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018. He was preceded in death by son, Robert Harold Williams; sister, Dorothy Greene Solomon; brothers, Richard Williams and Charles Williams. Mr. Williams is survived by daughter, Phyllis Chambers, Jefferson, GA; grandchildren, Brian Thomas Cox, Clearwater, FL, Austin and Megan Chambers, Canon, GA, Christopher Chambers, Athens, GA; one great grandchild, Sage Exley Chambers; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Williams was born on July 15, 1928 in Savannah, GA and has lived in Georgia for the past ten years. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, and served in the Korean War. He was owner of Williams Cable Inc, and he was of the Lutheran faith. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at Dacula United Methodist Church with Rev. Mark Eiken officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors Project in memory of Harold E. Williams.
