Buford (Mac) Evans

Buford “Mac” Evans, age 41, of Winder, GA passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Lee Evans; and mother, Susan Harwell Evans. He is survived by his wife of seventeen years, Jeri Lynn Jones Evans, Winder, GA; children, Andrew Lee Jones, Winder, GA, Kristina Marie Jones, Winder, GA and Bryan McKarl Evans, Winder, GA; grandchildren, Cecilia Jones and Celena Jones; sister, Mellissia Evans McGraw, Winder, GA; brothers, Steven Evans, Covington, GA and Michael Evans, Suwanee, GA; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Evans was born October 6, 1977 in Cumming, GA. He received his education from North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, GA. He was a contractor doing home repairs. He attended 12 Stone Church, Hamilton Mill Campus. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Four Mile Baptist Church Cemetery in Ball Ground, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 17th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
