Ora Belle Martin

Mrs. Ora Belle Martin, age 74, of Cleveland, passed away on Friday, September 28, 2018 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Memorial services are scheduled for Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.  Reverend Ralph Smith and Reverend Tim Tanner will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 30, 2018 from 2 – 4 pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Martin was born November 16, 1943 in Eagle Lake, Texas to the late Donnie Lee Bowen and Bertha Monteen Arflin Bowen.  She was a homemaker.  Ora Belle was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Johnny Thomas Martin, her daughter, Donna Jean Fuller, her brothers, Morgan Bowen, Junior Bowen, Melvin Bowen and Billy Bowen, her sister, Ruth Hester and her grandson, Dwayne Helton.

Mrs. Martin is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Wayne & Valerie Armour of Cleveland, her daughter & son-in-law, Sandra & Robert Chappell of Clarkesville, her daughter, Nancy Hogan of White County, her grandchildren, Dale Chappell, Nicole Payne, Joshua McLenden, Chelsea Armour, Kaitlin Armour, Kylie Armour, Wayne Armour, Jeremy Helton, Kevin Armour, Whitney Armour, Brandon Hogan, Amber Oliff and Tiffany Ward, 25 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, her brother, Jerry Bowen of Jefferson, her sisters, Dorene Ferguson of Alto and Lucille Hatfield of Dawsonville, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
