Larry H. Wells, Sr,

Larry H. Wells, Sr, age 71, of Doraville, GA passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018. He is survived by his children, Larry, Jr. and Dwan Wells, Lawrenceville, GA, Lawrenceville, GA, Ingrid Wells, Doraville, GA, Jessica Wells, College Park, GA, Cortez Riden, Lawrenceville; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister, Pat Wells, Duluth, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tony and Christina Wells, Duluth, GA, and Richard and Renee Wells, Birmingham, AL; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Wells was born on February 4, 1947 in Duluth, GA. He was a graduate of Hooper Renwick High School in Lawrenceville. Mr. Wells was a retired veteran of the U. S. Army, and he was a retired automobile painter with Chamblee Body Shop in Chamblee, GA. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Duluth. A homegoing service will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Bowen officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA.  The family will receive friends on Friday, June 22 from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
