Margaret Louise Edmonson

Margaret Louise Edmonson, age 90, of Stockbridge, Georgia, passed away on June 5, 2018 after a recent fall. She danced her way into heaven surrounded by family sharing stories of past adventures and listening to gospel music. It was a peaceful, loving transition to heaven.

She is preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Richard Edmonson.

Margaret is survived by her daughter Janice (Charlie) Sadler of Gainesville, GA, son Larry (Cindy) Edmondson of Stockbridge, GA and son Alan (JoLynn) Edmonson of Milledgeville, GA; 9 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren with 3 more on the way.

To her friends at Harbor Point, Margaret was known as Miss Margaret. She attended most social functions and was known and loved by many. She danced at every party with a smile on her face. Miss Margaret was a faithful member of Gainesville United Methodist Church during her time at Harbor Point.

In May family and friends celebrated her 90th birthday for a fun filled and joyous day, a wonderful birthday reunion.

Visitation will be Friday, June 8th from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral service will be Saturday, June 9th, at 11:00am at McDonald and Son Chapel followed by interment at Sawnee View Gardens.
