Harry Summersett

Harry Summersett, age 69, of Buford, GA passed away on Friday, January 26, 2018.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lewis and Bonnie Evelyn Waycaster; and brother, Travis Waycaster. He is survived by his children, Timothy Summersett, Dahlonega, GA, Shannon and Randall Wall, Hoschton, GA, Dawn and Craig Dewitt, Jefferson, GA and Melissa and Jason Mathews, Braselton, GA; twelve grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister, Jackie Waycaster Young, Buford, GA; sister-in-law, Ann Waycaster Smith, Gillsville, GA; half sister, Evelyn Summersett Andersen; half brother, James Summersett, half sister, Belinda Tylavsky; half brother, Roger Summersett; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mr. Summersett was born March 3, 1948 in Buford, GA. He received his education at North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, GA. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was a former City of Buford policeman and during his work career, he held several different kinds of jobs. He attended Free Will Pentecostal Church in Buford, GA.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 12:00 noon in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Parker and Rev. Henry Lacky officiating. Interment will follow at Sugar Hill Cemetery in Sugar Hill, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
