Doris Jo Battaglia Peirce of Gainesville, Ga. passed away Sunday January 21, 2018 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, after a lengthy illness.
Doris was born June 7, 1934, in Yoakum,Texas. Mrs Peirce was a lifelong resident of Texas (60+yrs) and a resident of Gainesville, Georgia for the last 20 years. Doris was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Robert J. Peirce, Sr., survived by daughters, Sheila Garrison (Jack), Sandi Ingle (Dennis), Teresa Peirce, Toni WolfePack (Ronnie), and son, Joe Peirce (Carla). Also, 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Gainesville, Ga, on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 11 a.m.
