Frances Webb Kelley

Frances Webb Kelley (88) of Ball Ground, Ga passed away on December 10, 2017. 

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 12 from 4pm to 9pm at McDonald Family Funeral Home in Cumming, GA. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, December 13 at McDonald Family Funeral Home in Cumming, GA. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.

Frances was born August 23, 1929 to Benjamin F. Webb and Cleo Johnson Webb in Fulton County. She retired from Lockheed Martin after 30 years. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, Hartwell, GA

Frances is proceeded in death by husband, W.S. Kelley, Jr.(Bill). She is survived by her brother Charles Webb(Carol), her sons Mike Kelley(Charlie), Morris Kelley, four grandchildren and Nine great-grandchildren.
