Jay Wendall Dillard, age 49 of Winder passed away Tuesday October 10, 2017. Survivors include his mother Emily Doster and brother Billy Dillard. He is preceded in death by his father JW Dillard. A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday October 21, 2017 at Walnut Fork Baptist Church cemetery.
