Judy Lynn Griggs

Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Sunday August 13, 2017 in Wards Funeral Home Chapel for Judy Lynn Griggs, 34, of Lula. Rev. Johnny Stone will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery . The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Griggs passed away August 10, 2017. Mrs. Griggs was a lifelong resident of Hall County. She had worked at N.E. Georgia Medical Center and was enrolled in the Nursing School At N. GA. Tech in Clarksville. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Lula. She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie H. Smith, Jr., grandmother Avie Smith Potts and father-in-law William Griggs. Survivors include husband, Darrell Griggs of Lula; daughters Charley Dollins, Jacey Dollins and Faith Palmer all of Lula; son Luke Griggs, Lula; mother, Judy Martin Smith; grandmother, Hazel Helen Martin and great-grandmother, Wynell Williamson all of Lula; brother and sister-in-law, Justin and Haley Smith, Lula; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jennifer and Jim Frazier, Kelley and Chip Brown all of Lula; two grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.
