Virginia “Ginner” England Brewer

Mrs. Virginia “Ginner” England Brewer, 85, of Gainesville, GA went to her heavenly home, Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2017 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Reverend Scott Waters officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, August 11, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on January 11, 1932 in Gainesville, GA she was the daughter of the late George and Gertrude McNeal Gee. A loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother, she was a homemaker who loved taking care of her family and home. Mrs. Brewer was a life long member of Victory Baptist Church and active member of the choir.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brewer is preceded in death by her first husband of 45 years, James A. “Jim” England; son, Terry England; brothers, Dink Gee, Charles Gee; sisters, Elizabeth Thompson, Sue Sheffield and former husband, Winfred Brewer.

Mrs. Brewer is survived by her daughters and sons in law, Connie Harris (Grady) of Flowery Branch, Vickie Webb (Joel) of Gainesville; son and daughter in law, Tony England (Evon) of Gainesville; daughter in law, Denise Worley of Gainesville; grandchildren, Tommy England (Amy), Jennifer Wiley (Malcolm), Chris Brookshire (Tara), Jim England (Misty), Torrie Slayton (Billy), Josh England (Jenny), Chris Kilby (Marci), Ramona Digiorno (Jason), Adam Webb (Jenn); 24 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; sister and brother in law, Wanda Tysor (Jerry) of Gainesville; sister in law, Lois Gee of Robertstown, GA., and a number of nieces and nephews and loving church family.
