Betty Lee Semon

Betty Lee Semon, 83, of Murrayville, GA passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at St. Luke Catholic Church in Dahlonega. Father John Matejek will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 2:0-0 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Mrs. Semon was born on May 26, 1934 in Huntington, WV to the late Clifford Arthur and Irene Gibson. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Luke Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Terri Harrison and son David Semon.

Mrs. Semon is survived by her husband, David Semon of Murrayville; son, Michael Semon of Camarillo, CA; daughter, Mary Messina of Roswell; son, John Semon of Gainesville and 32 grandchildren.
