Larry Franklin Moss

Graveside services for Larry Franklin Moss, age 79, of Demorest will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 4:30 PM from the Habersham Cemetery with Rev. Grady Walden will officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service on Thursday from 2-4 PM. 

Mr. Moss passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017. 

Born in the Habersham Mill community on April 18, 1938, Mr. Moss was the son of the late Hoyt F. and Ola Trotter Moss.  A lifelong resident of Habersham County, Mr. Moss was a member of Habersham Baptist Church and was a Plant Operator with Georgia Power.  He was a United States Army Veteran. 

In addition to his parents, Mr. Moss is preceded in death by sister Ruth Pitts, brother in law Robert F. “Bill” Pitts, and nephew Samuel Lee Pitts. 
Survivors include his sister Birdie Lee Moss of Clarkesville, nephew Fred Pitts and wife Cheryl of Clarkesville, great nephew Scott Pitts and wife Georgia of Clarkesville.
