Emma Catherine Wall Chambers

Evans funeral home announces the death of Emma Catherine Wall Chambers, age 44, of  Braselton, Georgia who entered into rest April 28, 2017 in Braselton.

 
Mrs. Chambers was born August 8, 1972 in Decatur, Georgia a daughter of Paula Tanner McGee and the late Dr. Preston J. Wall. Mrs. Chambers was a member and also served as a preschool teacher at Blackshear Place Baptist Church in Flowery Branch, Georgia.

 
Survivors include her husband, Scott Chambers, of Braselton, two daughters, Catherine and Caroline Chambers, Braselton,  two brothers and sisters-in-law, Greg J. Wall and his wife Susie of Sturgis, Mississippi, Eric T. Wall and his wife Amber of Braselton,  father in law and mother-in-law, Ronny and Lina Chambers, of Toomsboro, Georgia.  Eight nephews and one niece also survive.

 
Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 3 PM from the Blackshear Place Baptist Church with Pastor Jeff Crook officiating.  Burial will follow in the Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Braselton, Georgia with Pastor Dave Channell officiating at the graveside.

 
The family will receive friends from 5 PM until 8 PM Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the funeral home and from 2 PM until 3 PM Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Blackshear Place Baptist Church in Flowery Branch.

 
The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Blackshear Place Baptist Church “ See Vision Fund,” 3428 Atlanta Highway, Flowery Branch, Georgia 30542.
