Obituary Date: Sunday, February 19, 2017

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday February 22, 2017 at Ward’s Funeral Home Chapel for Juliua Veona Bales age 74 of Lula. The Rev. Chris Anderson, Rev. Keith Reems and Rev. Amy Reems will officiate. Interment will follow at Airline Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Bales passed away Sunday February 19, 2017.

Mrs. Bales was born in Hall County to the late Julius Henry Bales and Veona Elizabeth Woodham Bales. She retired from Harris Calorific. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Julius Henry Bales Jr.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Phil England, Rita and Jose Nunez, granddaughter and spouse, Elisha and Chase Kinsey, grandson and spouse, David and Megan Bennett, granddaughter, Julianna Nunez, grandson, Josiah Nunez, grandson and spouse, Tyler and Jennifer England, granddaughter and spouse, Chanda and Jonathan Silvers, great grandchildren, John Tyler England, Nicholas England, Charlie England, Leah England, Parker Silvers, Georgia Kinsey, Bennett Kinsey, sisters. Bobbie Baker, Marie Allen and several nieces and nephews.

Everyone who knew Judy, knows how much she loved the Lord and that she was a praying woman and prayed for all of her family daily.
