Rex John Mathis

Rex John Mathis age 58 of Cumming passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and a member of Matt Masonic Lodge #694. He was preceded in death by his father, John Mathis.

Survivors include his precious mother, Inez Mathis; sister and brother-in-law, Gail and Troy Milford; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Diana Mathis; nieces and nephews (His Kids he loved as his own), Corey and Elaine Milford, Melissa and Tracy Vaughan, Emily and Jaryd Blackwell, Chase Mathis; great nieces and nephews, Paige Vaughan, Jonathan Milford, Isabella Vaughan, Lillian Vaughan, Eastyn Blackwell, Emilyn Blackwell, Jamison Milford.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 28, at 3:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Craig Richard and Rev. Dusty Mathis officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens 
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
