Peggy Williamson Peavy

Mrs. Peggy Williamson Peavy, age 77, of Braselton passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Paul Funeral Home in Fitzgerald, Georgia with interment following at Evergreen Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., Monday, November 21, 2016 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home and 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Paul Funeral Home.

Mrs. Peavy was born July 9, 1939 to the late S. D. & Ola Williamson, Sr. in Ben Hill County, Georgia.  She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church in Auburn, Georgia, who loved her Lord and family and enjoyed traveling, having been in 49 states and 2 foreign countries.

Mrs. Peavy is survived by her husband of 58 years, Richard T. Peavy of Braselton; son & daughter-in-law, Keith & Melissa Peavy of Rochelle, Georgia; grandchildren, Ben & Jessi Peavy of Ashburn, Georgia; and great-grandchild, Levi Peavy.
