Mary Katherine Truluck of Gainesville, Ga. passed away peacefully on Saturday June 18, 2016 at the N.E. Ga. Medical Center. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday June 20, 2016 from 6 to 8 pm. The Truluck Family will hold a private graveside service at a later date.
Mary Katherine, the daughter of Huey McHenry Jackson and Katherine Louise Graham Jackson, was born July 25, 1940 in Gainesville and lived most of her life in town. Early in life, she lived in Jefferson, Ga, and in Little Rock, Arkansas. She graduated from the Univ. of Arkansas for Medical Sciences earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Mary Katherine was a member of the Gainesville First United Methodist Church.
Mary Katherine is survived by her husband of 51 years – Daniel W Truluck
Sons and daughter in-laws – Mark A and Dana Truluck; David and Georgiana Truluck; Matthew and Jan Truluck.
Four grandchildren, Katherine, James, Amberly and Nicholas.
