Robert L. Mehler

Robert L. Mehler, age 87, of Cumming, formerly of Hazlet, NJ passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016. Born in Newark, NJ he was the son of the late Anthony and Mary Mehler and served in the Korean War as a Sergeant in the Army from 1952-1953.

He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Marie Ona (Simmons) Mehler; children, Joe (Dawn) Mehler and granddaughters Allison and Samantha, and Rose (Matt) Singer and granddaughters Brooke and Jennifer; also close family friend Holly (John) Gallagher; and a loving extended family.

A private interment will be held at Georgia National Cemetery.
