Robeson Carter Pickel

Robeson Carter Pickel age 85 of Dahlonega passed away on March 3, 2016.  Mr. Pickel was graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon.  Robeson was also a member of Oak Grove UMC in Atlanta.

Mr. Pickel is preceded by his parents Samuel & Vernon Carter Pickel.

He is survived by his children Susan Pickel Capps of Dahlonega, Robeson Pace Pickel of Atlanta, and Catherine Craig Pickel of Dahlonega, grandchildren Douglas Ross Capps III, Robeson Carter Capps, Mary Elizabeth Pickel, Robert Pace Pickel, Caroline Kent Pickel, Andrew Stone Pickel, and Maria Catherine Pickel.

Memorial Service will be held on Sunday March 6th at 5pm in the Chapel of Dahlonega Funeral Home.  Rev’s. Christy Greenwald and Gary Greenwald will officiate.
