L. W. "Bill" Moore

Mr. L.W. “Bill” Moore, age 86, of Winder, Georgia passed away Friday, January 8, 2016. A native of Hampton, Georgia he was the son of the late Charles William and Gertude Swint Moore. He was preceded by a brother Charles Robert Moore.  A member of Bethlehem First United Methodist Church, he enjoyed singing in the church choir and fishing.
Surviving are his wife of 59 years Sue S. Moore; Daughters, Angela M. Crowe and Teresa M. Moore all of Winder; Grandchildren, Lauren M. Crowe and Wyatt Colton Duncan; and a nephew, Chuck Moore of NC.
A Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 11, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Bernat and Rev. Hal Tapp officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 10, 2016 from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.  Flowers accepted or memorials to Bethlehem First UMC Chancel Choir.
