Mary Sue Norris

Mrs. Mary Sue Bohannon Norris, age 80, of Ellen Court Apartments, Toccoa, GA, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GA.

A daughter of the late Osborn and Zadie Baker Bohannon, she was born May 5, 1935 in Stephens County where she lived most of her life.  She was employed with Penline Garment for a number of years. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her husband J.W. Norris who passed away in 1994.

Survivors include 4 daughters and their husbands, Elaine & (Roger) Pollard of Trinity, TX, Diane & (Ted) Tench of Mt. Airy, GA, Cindy & (Ricky) Walker of Buckhead, GA, Karen & (Kenneth) Jacobs of Lumberton, NC, 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren,  sisters, Doris Herndon, Eva Almond, and Ruth Baker all of Plant City, FL, brother, Milton Bohannon of Toccoa, GA.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Saturday, August 15, 2015 at the Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Donnie Ballenger and the Reverend Kevin Murray officiating.

Interment will be in the Old Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of arrangements for Mrs. Mary Sue Norris
