Mrs. Dorothy Johnson Thomas, age 90, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Thomas; parents, Cliff and Bertha Tidwell Johnson; and brother, Edwin Johnson. She is survived by her children, Bill and Eloise Thomas, Suwanee, GA and Robbie Ann Gryder, Sugar Hill, GA; grandchildren, Cindy Gryder, Tucson, AZ, Ken and Mary Ann Gryder, Houston, TX and Bobby and Sharon Thomas, Alpharetta, GA; great grandchildren, Donovan Flores and Braden Gryder; sister-in-law, Joan H. Johnson Dyar, Buford, GA; one niece, Janet Dickerson, Canton, GA; one nephew, David Johnson, Flowery Branch, GA; and several cousins. Mrs. Thomas was born September 10, 1924 in Buford, GA. She was a homemaker and she was of the Baptist Faith.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. Private family interment will be in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens in Cumming, GA. The family will receive friends at Flanigan Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
