Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. W.F. Clark, age 94 of Braselton, Georgia who entered into rest Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Mr. Clark was born in Barrow County, Georgia, the son of the late Ernest H. and Ada Ollis Clark, was a member of Hoschton Baptist Church and was the retired owner and operator of Clark’s Used Cars, a local business in operation for over 50 years. He was one of only a few people whose hobby was his living. Second only to his family, his love of automobiles and animals, especially German Shepherds, were of the most importance.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Clark is preceded by his wife, Violet Gregory Clark and two sisters; Eunice Rouse and Euna Brock.
Survivors include a daughter; Susan Duck and her husband Phil of Braselton, daughter; Connie Clark of Atlanta, Sister; Ruby Nell Cronic of Braselton, grandsons; Shannon Duck and Jared Wills.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, June 14, 2015 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Reverend Ricky Thrasher officiating with burial to follow in the Walnut Fork Baptist Church Cemetery. No public visitation period will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Jackson County, P.O. Box 567 Jefferson, GA 30549, or to the Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center, 2150 Limestone Parkway, Suite 115, Gainesville, Georgia 30501.
