Dewey 'Butch' Stells

Dewey “Butch” Stells, 66, of Cleveland passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Emory Hospital following a brief illness.              

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Milton Martin Jr. will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 22^nd from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.             

Mr. Stells was born on July 1, 1948 in Gainesville to the late Luman Dewey and Ava Lou Mixon Stells. He was a professional truck driver and attended Free Chapel Worship Center.              

Mr. Stells is survived by his wife of 44 years, Arlene Stells of Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Michael Blake and Tammy Stells of Clermont; grandson, Blake Stells; granddaughter, Bethany Stells; sisters and brothers-in-law, Flonie and Dane Hulsey of Cornelia, Lois and Lloyd Chitwood of Gainesville; Larine and Raymond Smith of Cleveland; brother and sister-in-law, Rickey and Rhonda Stells of Clermont.

Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA  30504 is in charge of arrangements.
