Dessie Jane (Jarrard) Alexander Cabrera, age 86 of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015 at New Horizon Lanier Park.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, April 4, 2014 at Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel with interment to follow in Poplar Spring Baptist Church Cemetery. Dr. Terry Crawford and Reverend Mark Russell will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Friday, April 3, 2015 at the funeral home.
Jane was born October 6, 1928 in Gainesville, Georgia, the daughter of the late John Marvin Jarrard and Cleo (Chambers) Jarrard. She was a life long resident of Hall County and a member of New Holland Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Willis Jarrard, Dillard Jarrard, Price Jarrard and Homer Lee Jarrard; and sister, Dorothy Whitaker.
Jane is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Marie Lynn and Ron Chin Sue of Clermont; granddaughters, Bobbi Jo Chin Sue and Destiny Angel Chin Sue all of Clermont; brother, Roy Jarrard of Aiken, SC and sister, Merdean Forrester of Gainesville.
