Marilyn P. Grossenbacher

Marilyn P. Grossenbacher, age 93, passed away peacefully, at her home in Big Canoe, GA, on December 4, 2014, after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, George Grossenbacher. Professionally they owned and operated Mr. George Furs, Inc. in Atlanta, GA and were associated with Cullums and Richard's Furs of Augusta, GA. They were active in several Square and Round Dance clubs and the Atlanta and Georgia Square Dance Associations.

Survivors include three daughters and their husbands, Charlotte and Sam Elkins of Big Canoe, GA, Marilyn Jeanne and C. Noel Brown of North Augusta, SC, Robbye and Daniel Miller of Canton, GA, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great great
grandchild.

Memorial services are scheduled for 1:00 PM Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the McDonald & Son Funeral Home Chapel.
