Bobbie Jean Smith Hill

Bobbie Jean Smith Hill, 78, of Oakwood passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with internment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Steve Fenlon will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 28, 2014 from 6-8 pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, Ga 30504

Mrs. Hill was born on October 8, 1936 in Hall County to the late Hershel G. Smith and Lila Mae Culpepper Smith. She was retired from AT&T as a Service Representative and was a member of First Baptist Church Oakwood. She graduated from Oakwood High School. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William H. Hill; son-in-law, Curt Lance; sister, Marie Ann Smith.

Mrs. Hill is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon Lance-Hutchins and husband Gary Hutchins of Gainesville, Chery A. Roberts and husband Tommy L. Roberts of Gainesville; granddaughters and husbands, Cindy Morris and husband Matt Morris of Braselton, Allyson Lance Antwine and husband Bret Antwine of Flowery Branch, granddaughter, Christina Roberts of Gainesville; great grandson, Colt Antwine of Flowery Branch; great granddaughter, Addy Grace Antwine of Flowery Branch; sister and brother-in-law, Betty Smith Holman and husband Herb Holman of Gainesville; number of nieces and nephews.
