Mary Ann Chulick

Mary Ann Chulick, 88, of Cumming, GA died on November 17, 2014. Born in Detroit. MI she was the daughter of the late William and Helen Short. Her beloved husband, Raymond W. Chulick, Sr. also predeceased her.

She is survived by her children, Raymond Chulick, Jr., Sherry Miller and Joe Chulick; grandchildren, Andrea Chulick, Keith Chulick, Stephanie Sivertson, Levi Chulick and Vanessa Morgan; and great-grandchild, Hannah Sivertson.

Mary Ann will be laid to rest at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.
