Troy Edward Farmer

Mr. Troy Edward Farmer, age 47 of 943 S. Pond Street, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014 at the Athens Regional Medical Center.

A son of James and Ann Tanner Farmer, he was born January 7, 1967 in Norwalk, California having lived the last 20 years in Toccoa. He was employed in plumbing and web marketing and attended Tates Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include his parents, James and Ann Tanner Farmer of Toccoa, step-father, David DePaul of Toccoa; daughter, Katherine Farmer of Fort Smith, Arkansas; two brothers and sister-in-law, James G. and Louise Farmer of Toccoa and Jerry Farmer of Lake City, Florida; three sisters, Kimberly Parkinson of Martin, Georgia, Joyce Niblett of Lavonia, Georgia and Ronamae Hoggard of New Port, Arkansas; two adopted sisters, Kelly Farmer of Commerce, Georgia and Theshia Smith of Toccoa, Georgia; number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be Monday, November 17, 2 O'clock PM in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Jerrell Beatty officiating.
