James Andrew Hoffman

James Andrew Hoffman 48 of Queens New York died October 5 at Embracing Hospice Care in Cumming Ga. He is survived by his wife Janis Hoffman, and his children Ryan Hoffman, Brandon Hoffman, and Justin Hoffman. Visitation will be on Tuesday October 7th from 2-5pm and from 8-10pm. There will also be a service scheduled on the same night from 7-8pm.
