John Henry Neal, Jr.

John Henry Neal, Jr., age 70 of Gainesville, passed away Monday, May 12, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Memorial services are scheduled for Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 6:00pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Reverend Ray Turpin officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service from 5:00-6:00 on Thursday.
Mr. Neal was born August 18, 1943 in Texarkana, Texas to the late John Henry Neal, Sr. and the late Novelle Abel Neal. Mr. Neal served in the United States Army. He was employed by ComTran as a project manager and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Dawsonville.

Mr. Neal is survived by his wife, Tina Neal of Gainesville; daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany Neal Jackson and Christopher Lee Jackson of Toccoa; daughter, Amanda Nicole Neal; daughter, Jessica Neal; son, Terry Allen Neal of Texas; 7 granddaughters and 1 grandson; father-in-law, David Earl Browning of Gainesville.
