David William Fletcher

David William Fletcher, age 62 of Murrayville, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.


Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens. Reverend Ricky Stone will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Fletcher was born August 12, 1951 in Cumming, Georgia to the late Hulen Jack Fletcher and Edna Idell Reeves Fletcher. He was retired from General Motors and attended Free Chapel Worship Center. David was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Carol Gee and his brother, Robbie Fletcher.

Mr. Fletcher is survived by his sisters & brothers-in-law, Pam Reed & Ricky Jones of Gainesville and Linda & Larry Bohannon of Gainesville, sister, Melissa Ivester of Gainesville and a number of nieces and nephews.
