Asa Warner Tindall

LTCOL (Ret) Asa Warner Tindall, Jr., 80, died on December 5, 2013 at Northside Hospital Forsyth. Born in Inman, SC he was the son of the late Asa Warner Tindall, Sr. and Faye Littlefield Tindall.

He was a graduate of Wofford College, George Washington Universtiy and the Command and General Staff College and retired as a Lt. Col from the US Army. COL Tindall then served with the Georgia Department of Veterans' Affairs Service and retired as the Assistant Commissioner.

COL Tindall is survived by his beloved wife, Shirley F. Tindall of Cumming, GA; children, Scott (Angelique) Tindall of Spokane, WA and Leslie Tindall Donahoo of Cumming, GA; brother, Fred L. Tindall of Chester, SC; and much loved grandchildren, Jennifer Tindall, Ashley (Miller) Jopling, Lindsey (Brendan) Messina and Chandler Tindall Donahoo.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 in the McDonald and Son chapel. The family will receive friends from 10:00
