Kenneth Bowen

Kenneth Bowen, 62, of Cartersville passed away Sunday September 8, 2013 at Floyd Medical Center following a period of declining health.

Born August 2, 1951, Kenneth was a native of Gwinnett County but lived most of his life in Rome and Cartersville. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lillian Donahue.

Surviving are his sisters and brother in law, Mary Gravitt, Ball Ground, Amy and Stanley Ayers, Dawsonville; brother, Danny McDaniel, Cumming; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday September 10, 2013 at 3 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Harold Evans and Rev. Danny Evans will officiate. Interment will follow in Big Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Alpharetta, GA.

The family will receive friends Monday from 3 until 8 at the funeral home.
