Willie Dee Wofford

Willie Dee Wofford of Gainesville, Ga. passed away June 20, 2013 following a period of declining health. Born in Gainesville Ga. on August 22, 1922, she is the daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Homer Howard Kelley Sr., and the wife of the late Mr. Horace V. Wofford. She is the sister of late Mallard "Bill" Kelley, Charles Kelley, Dorothy Kelley and Minnie Lee Young.



Mrs. Wofford is survived by her 3 children Anderson Wofford of Ila GA., Wayne Wofford of Atlantic Beach FL. and Gaye Maldonado of Jacksonville Beach FL.

Grandchildren: Richard Wofford, Anthony Wofford, Brian Wofford, Amanda Wofford, Jamie Wofford, Chad Lairsey, Brittany Lairsey Grant, Cohen Lairsey, Bailee Hovestadt.

Great Grandchildren: Nikkie Baker, Candace Moon, Devin Wofford, Blakley Wofford,Christoper Wofford, Clay Wofford, Nicholas Barnett, Johnothan Barnett, Aurora Anderson, Ariel Anderson, Ava Rose, Dylan Grant, Great Great Grandchildren: Emiley Baker, Kelsey Baker, Alexis Chambers

Brothers and sisters-n-law: Mr & Mrs H.H Kelley Jr., Mr & Mrs Howard Kelley, Mrs. Eva Lou Kelley, Mrs Barbara Bell,

and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.



Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Rev. David Mathews will officiate. Interment will follow in Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Monday, June 24, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.



In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Wayne and Willie Dee Wofford account at Wells Fargo Bank.
