Steve White

Mr. Steve White, age 71, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away Friday, March 29, 2013.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clint and Catherine P. White; brother, Ronnie White; and sister Cathy White. He is survived by his children, Pam and Dennis Tolbert, Hoschton, GA and Mary Gail Poteat, Lawrenceville, GA; grandchildren, Suzanna Johnsa, Jacob Nash, Jenny Tolbert and Shawn Holcomb; three great grandchildren; brother, James Noah White, Moultrie, GA; sister in law, Geraldine Jere White, Moultrie, GA; two nephews; and one niece. Mr. White was born April 21, 1941 in Moultrie, GA and was a 1959 graduate of Moultrie High School. He was retired from General Motors Assembly plant after thirty-six years of service and a member of U.A.W. Local 10. He was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church in Moultrie, GA.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 1, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Copeland officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 12:00 noon until time of the funeral. Graveside service and interment will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Oakdale Baptist Church Cemetery in Moultrie, GA.
