Kathleen McHan

Kathleen McHan, 89, of Norcross passed away Sunday March 17, 2013 at Brookside Assisted Living in Buford following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 20, 2013 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert L. West officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday March 19, 2013 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. McHan was born September 14, 1923 in Gainesville to the late William and Montine West. She was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Lilburn where she was a member of the Senior choir and the Praise Sunday School Class. Kathleen is preceded in death by her husband Dean F. McHan.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Carol and Blake Lovin of Auburn GA, daughter and son-in-law Janice and Pete Pappas of Hoschton, grandson and wife Travis and Lisa Lovin of Maysville, granddaughter and husband Debbie and Gregg McMichael of Hoschton, granddaughter and husband Leah and Allen Johnson of Hoschton, 5 great grandsons Jake, Dylan, Caleb, J.R., Thomas, 1 great granddaughter Gracyn, brother and sister in law Rev. Robert L. and Carolyn West of Cleveland, brother and sister-in-law Claude and Debra West of Dalton, sister and brother-in-law Gail and Herbert Hudgins of Gainesville.
