Robert Francisco Carrino

Robert Francisco Carrino, 81 of Dawsonville, GA passed away Sunday November 11, 2012 at his residence following a brief illness.

Born August 9th 1932 in Richmond, IN to the late Guisseppi and Susie Carrino, he was a former resident of Peoria, IL and had been a resident of Dawsonville since 1998. Mr. Carrino was employed as a sales engineer in the machine tool industry, retiring in 1997. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Dawsonville and participated in the food pantry mission, Thanksgiving basket. Mr. Carrino was also a member of the Dawsonville Lions Club. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Marcia Wooly; sisters, Mary Johnson, Rosine Terzini; and a brother, Harold Jones.

Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Mary Carrino; daughters and son in law, Terri Carrino and Henry Marshall, Beloit, WI, Pam Pollack, DeKalb, IL; son and daughter in law, Robert A. and Brenda Carrino; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 14, 2012 at 11:00 o'clock at the First Baptist Church of Dawsonville. Dr. Jim Gaines will officiate.

The family will be receiving friends Tuesday from 5:00-7:00p.m. at the funeral home.
