Mike Mastrangelo

Mike Mastrangelo, age 74 of Norcross, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2012. Mike served in with the U. S. Marine Core. He was born in Buffalo but has lived in the Atlanta area most of his life. His passions were playing classical guitar, bowling, tennis and golf. He was a member of the Greater Atlanta Bowling Association and bowled several 300 games.

Mike was loved by all for his compassion and sense of humor. His career was in engineering and he worked at various computer companies. He was transferred by IBM to England and lived there for one year.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edmund and Mildred D'Ambrosio Mastrangelo, his grandparents and a nephew.

Survivors include his wife, Sheila Major Mastrangelo; daughters, Gail (Gary) Collinge, Jennifer Mastrangelo, Amanda (Gary) Heath; 6 grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, John and Sandy Mastrangelo; sisters and brothers-in-law, Cecelia Izzio, Marie and Owen Heaton, Lenora and John Weber, Gina and Danny Northrup; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, October 14th at 2:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bud Sutton officiating. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00 pm until hour of the service.
