Belinda Warren Barrett

Belinda Warren Barrett, 63, of Dawsonville passed away September 28, 2012 following an extended illness.

Born July 7, 1949 to the late T.B. and Mildred Warren, she was a native of Fulton County who lived most of her life in Forsyth County. Mrs. Barrett was a member of Silver City Baptist Church where she was an active member of the Senior Adult Sunday School Class. She was also preceded in death by her son, Greg Barrett; and sister, Montez Treadway.

Surviving are her grandchildren, Mackenzie Barrett and Georgia Barrett of Cumming; brothers and sisters in law, Ron Warren of Douglasville, Tony Warren of Dacula, Kenny and Anne Warren of Dawsonville, Don and Linda Warren of Augusta; a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 1, 2012 at 11 o'clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tim Biddy, Rev. Scott Sorrells, and Rev. Willard Hamrick will officiate. Interment will follow in the Silver City Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 12 until 9 at the funeral home.
