Halee Nicole Shelton

Ivie Funeral Home, Madison County Chapel in Danielsville, announces services for Halee Nicole Shelton, 19, of Danielsville who passed away early Thursday morning at the Athens Regional Medical Center. Halee is now "in the arms of angels".

Born in Athens, she was the daughter of Sharon Wilkes of Danielsville and the late James Edward Shelton. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Amanda Michelle Shelton, an uncle, Gary Wilkes, grandparents, Charles Daniel, Jr. and Mary Frances Wilkes, great grandparents, Henry Grady and Zadie Bell Forrester. Survivors, along with her mother, include her boyfriend, Tony Charles Schroder of Danielsville, grandmother, Alma Jean Shelton of Danielsville, great grandmother, Mildred Ashworth of Hull, uncles and aunts, Mike (Joy) Shelton of Winterville, John Thomas Ashworth of NC, Betty Warren of Watkinsville, Stephen Wilkes of Athens, Charlie (Janie) Wilkes of Ila, Jeanne Pratt of FL, John (Janice) Wilkes of Bogart and Stanley (Donna) Wilkes of Ila, great aunt and uncle, Mae and Frank Forrester and numerous cousins.

Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday at 2 PM from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home in Danielsville with Rev. Rick Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in the Colbert City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening from 7-9 PM
