DONALD M. "JAKE" JACOBS, 74, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away with his loving family at his side on June 29th, 2011. He was a devoted University of Louisville fan and loved to play Golf.

Mr. Jacobs was the step-father to Marty L. Byars, the owner of Byars Funeral Home in Cumming, Georgia. He is survived by his loving wife, Wanda.
