Floyd Lee Bittle

Floyd Lee Bittle (Big Daddy), age 73 of Ball Ground, Georgia passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2011 with his family by his side.

He was born in Talladega, Alabama to Vera Yarbrough. Survivors include his wife, Billie Bittle of Ball Ground, GA; sons Raymond Richards, Rodney Paulk, David Wright; daughters Debbie Battles, Glenda Alveraz, Marie Edmondson, Patsy Smith, Tammy Wright, Tina Ceron; brothers William Wade, Darrel Wade, Donny Wade, Dewey Wade; sisters Lynn, Margarett (Peka) Mills, 19 grandchildren and 8 great-grand children and a number of nieces, nephews and in-laws.

Floyd was a member of Amicolola Baptist Church, Dawsonville Georgia. He was a mechanic by trade, last employed by Jim Richards Garage.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, May 27, 2011 at Byars, Rev. Tony Roughton Ruel Martin and Rev. Thomas Bradley officiating. Interment will follow in Holbrook Campground Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Byars Funeral Home Thursday, May 26 from 1-9pm.
