Phyllis Allana Duckworth, age 33 of Hiawassee and formerly of Habersham County passed away on Friday, April 22, 2011 at her residence.

Memorial services were held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 25, 2011 at the Lord's Vinyard Community Church.
