Obituary Date: Friday, January 28, 2011
Funeral Services are scheduled for 1:00pm Monday January 31, 2011 in the Ward's Funeral Home Chapel for Mr. Herbert Ingram age 81 of Gainesville. The Rev. Harley Ingram and Rev. Jim Ellis will officiate. Interment will follow in Mossy Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm Sunday at the funeral home. Mr. Ingram passed away Friday January 28 at Winder Health Care following an extended illness.

Mr. Ingram was born White County to the late William Herbert Ingram and Bessie Virginia Glass Ingram. He retired from the Veteran Cab Company and was a member of The Rock Church in Gainesville. He was preceded in death by Son Winston Chitwood, Son-in-law, Larry Ray, Sister Doris Purdy, Brothers Farrell Ingram, Kenneth Ingram and Bobby Ingram.

Survivors include Daughter and Son-in-Law Kathy and James Ray, Gainesville, Daughter and Son-in-law Teresa and Philip Strickland, Jefferson, Son and Daughter in law Harley and Elaine Ingram, Gainesville, Daughter and Son-in-law Becky and Wayne Pass, Gainesville, Daughter and Son-in-law Deborah and Richard LaGasse, Flowery Branch, Sister and Brother-in-law Juanita E. and Curtis R. Peace, Bethlehem, Sister Hazel Ward, Gainesville, Brothers and Sisters in law Billy and Toni Ingram, Maysville, Douglas and Judy Ingram, Gainesville, 13 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
