Linda Diane Powers

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs. Linda Diane Powers age 65 of Cleveland. Mrs. Powers passed away at her residence following an extended illness.

Mrs. Powers was born on April 7 , 1945 to the late Arthur Biggs and Gladys Seabolt Biggs. Mrs. Powers was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed bowing with her husband and crotcheting, painting and had a special love for small animals

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Powers of Cleveland; sons and daughters-in-law, Wyman and Lori Hare of Demorest; Phillip and Donna Powers of Gainesville; Heath and Nicole Powers of Sugar Hill; her daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa and Robert Nash and Lori and Neil Greer, both of Lula; her brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Debbie Biggs of Fayetteville and Joe and Linda Biggs of Jackson; and grandchildren Christopher and Kelley Nash, Sunshine and Billy Edge, Tyler Powers, John Greer, Madeline Nash, Eli Greer, Logan Hare, and Emma Hare.



The family will receive friends on Monday, December 6, 2010 from 5:00 to 8 :00 pm. A rosary service will be held Monday night at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 7, 2010, from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Father Vincent Sullivan officiating, interment will follow in Gateway Memory Park
