Judy Toal Denby

Judy Toal Denby, 66, of Dawsonville died Monday September 13, 2010 following an extended illness.

Born October 8, 1943 in Kinston, NC to the late Vernon and Norma Heath, she had lived in Dawson County for the past 28 years having moved from Atlanta. A homemaker at her death, she was employed a number of years by Federated Mutual Insurance Company. Mrs. Denby was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Harry Toal, and a brother, Bernard Markell.

Surviving are her companion of 13 years, Barney Reeves, Cleveland; children, Joseph and Diane Toal, Dawsonville, Tracie and Glen Reeves, Douglasville, Daniel and Angela Toal, Dacula, Eric and Dee Anna Toal, Dawsonville; sister in law, Judy Markell, Oregon; 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and a nephew.

Funeral services will be held Friday September 17, 2010 at 1 o'clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jeff Richards will officiate. Interment will follow in Moss Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 until 9 at the funeral home.
