Azelene Kinsey

Azelene Kinsey, age 87, of Point View Drive, Gainesville, passed away Friday, August 13, 2010 at The Oaks at Scenic View following an extended illness.

Graveside services are scheduled for Sunday, August 15, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Drewery Loggins will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 15, 2010 from 1:30 to 2:00 pm in the cemetery.

Mrs. Kinsey was born on October 31, 1923 to the late Pledger and Eva Freeman in Gainesville. She retired as a textile worker in the Chicopee Mills and was a member of Montgomery Memorial Baptist Church. Mrs. Kinsey is preceded in death by her husband, H.B. Kinsey.

Mrs. Kinsey is survived by her son, Lamar Kinsey of Gainesville, grandson, Phillip Kinsey of Gainesville, and sister, Nina Tullis of Clayton, GA.
